What is the refund policy?

No, this offering is not eligible for financial aid.

Can I earn university credit for completing the Professional Certificate?

You may be able to earn university credit. Professional Certificate students will be enrolled as non-matriculating students in the Walden School of Lifelong Learning. To get university credit for completing the Professional Certificate, you must apply to Walden University and meet its degree, academic certificate, or non-degree admission requirements. Once admitted to Walden University, you will receive academic credits or competency units if your evaluated work meets the established requirements.†

What are the technical requirements for completing the professional certificate?

To help ensure your success as a student, you should be proficient using email, the Internet, and common desktop productivity software.
